Cancellation policy

Free cancellation is available up to 28 days before arrival.

If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival, the total amount of the stay remains due.

Any cancellation request must be made in writing by email or message. A cancellation becomes effective on the date it is received by us.

In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay remains due.

If guests choose to leave earlier than originally booked, unused nights are non-refundable.

Any request to change the dates of a stay is subject to availability and can only be confirmed by us in writing.
